Shipping Policy

It is our goal to get products to you in the most efficient manner, by cost effective means, and delivered to your door within the specified delivery time. Product may ship directly from our facility, distributor, or manufacturer. Shipping carriers include UPS, Federal Express, USPS, and transportation carriers.

	You may receive partial shipments as product distribution may come from two different facilities due to availability and delivery time.
	Continental United States Free shipping is included to any address east of the Rocky Mountains. Any address west of the Rocky Mountains may incur additional shipping charges. The trucking company must have easy access to your house and the driver is not responsible for unloading the freight. You must have someone available to unload the freight once the the driver reaches the destination.
	Additional charges may also be incurred for remote locations. You may want to contact your local billiard supplier or retailer for prices on installation. For orders within 100 miles of Carolina Billiard Supply we will install your table for an additional $200.00. Please call or e-mail us to have this included with your order.
	Credit card payments will need to be verified by issuing bank, please email bank phone number, and email address to Carolina Billiards.
	Regular Shipping Time Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for regular delivery.
